Day 17 & 18 – May: I Have Joy

Today I read, “‘Emotions are contagious,’ […] The human brain contains neurons and circuitry with the sole purpose of mirroring other people’s emotions.” 1

How do you mirror emotions?

It is an old adage that yawns, smiles and laughter are contagious, but I’ve never really considered this in the everyday. Can I use this to find joy? To avoid a bad mood?
